For orders shipped outside of Canada, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay any additional charges (taxes, duties and brokerage) subject to the countries regulations.
All of Lighten Up creations are made to order in our studio in Langley, BC Canada. Orders are generally shipped out within 3 -5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST.
All British Columbia residents will be charged 7% provincial sales tax plus 5% GST.

Custom Jewellery Delivery Times
Please allow up to 4 weeks in production prior to shipping your custom creation.
A 50% deposit is required before commencing any work on your order.
*Lighten Up Creations cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to circumstances beyond our control (mail carrier). Packages are not considered lost until 6 weeks after the shipping date. That being said, we will do our best to resolve any issues by contacting the respective mail carrier.
