For orders shipped outside of Canada, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay any additional charges (taxes, duties and brokerage) subject to the countries regulations.

All of Lighten Up creations are made to order in our studio in Langley, BC Canada.  Orders are generally shipped out within 3 -5  business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

Sales Tax:

Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST. 

All British Columbia residents will be charged 7% provincial sales tax plus 5% GST.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. 

The exchange rate will be the daily rate charged by your payment provider.

 

Custom Jewellery Delivery Times

Please allow up to 4 weeks in production prior to shipping your custom creation.

A 50% deposit is required before commencing any work on your order.

 

*Lighten Up Creations cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to circumstances beyond our control (mail carrier).  Packages are not considered lost until 6 weeks after the shipping date.  That being said, we will do our best to resolve any issues by contacting the respective mail carrier.

We welcome custom orders, and the opportunity to co-create a special piece with you. It could be as simple as having a different charm on one of our bracelets, to having a personal Gemstone Jewellery Reading to find out which stones would be of greatest support to you with what you’re experiencing in your life at this time. Or maybe you want a beaded necklace that is totally unique just for you. We can do that!

If you would like a different charm put on your bracelet, it can easily be changed at no additional cost to you. Please allow a few extra days for your creation.

For a Custom Order or Gemstone Jewellery Reading, please allow up to 4 weeks prior to the item being shipped.

Bracelet Size Chart

It’s important for you to find the right bracelet size for your wrist. Please see the chart below to determine the best bracelet size for your new jewels!

To measure your wrist, wrap a flexible tape measure above your wrist bone and where it joins is your wrist measurement. If you don’t have a tape measure, then you can use a piece of string, wrapping it around your wrist as you would with a tape measure; then line it up with a ruler. Voila!


Something to consider is if you like your bracelet a bit tighter or looser. For example, if your wrist measurement is 6 ½ inches and you like your bracelet on the tight side, then you might prefer to go with a Small size instead of the Medium.
